SCOPE
Orlando Brewing needed to move to a new location. MW Control Solutions decommissioned the brewery, facilitated transport of all equipment to their new location. Before re-commissioning the brewery, MW Control Solutions engineered a new P&ID to include fully automated functionality. Our scope included the following:
Decommissioning of Original Brewhouse
Transport/Rigging/Placement of Equipment to new Location
Engineered floor plans and full plant P&ID
Procurement, of additional Parts/Equipment
New chiller with GF Cool-Fit PE Plus glycol piping system
Custom steam piping
Sanitary Welding of all new Process Pipework
Mechanical Engineering with full installation
Electrical Engineering with MCC panel and automation hardware, including wiring of all pumps, motors, rakes, mill, conveying, etc
Plumbing of water supply
Full automation controls for the brewery and cellar
Site management and training of staff on our automated control system
